Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Policy Events 1–4 Hours: Full payment at booking (non-refundable; transferable with 14-day notice). Events 5+ Hours: 50% non-refundable deposit at booking; remaining balance due 72 hours before event. 2. Cancellations 48 hours–4 weeks prior: 75% refund Within 48 hours: 65% refund For 5+ hour events: 25% deposit retained if canceled 48 hours–4 weeks prior Full deposit retained within 48 hours 3. Setup, Access & Cleanup Booking time must include setup and cleanup. A $50 cleaning fee applies if extra cleaning is needed. If Setup & Takedown Service is added, it covers furniture only—no décor. 4. Food & Drinks Outside food welcome. Alcohol allowed with prior written approval + signed waiver. 5. Policies No smoking or vaping indoors. No glitter, confetti, or adhesives on walls without approval. Client responsible for damages and guest conduct. 6. Liability Studio not liable for injuries or theft, except in proven negligence cases. 7. Governing Law Governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. ===== ALCOHOL POLICY Overview: Alcohol may be served at private, invitation-only events with written approval and a signed Alcohol Use Waiver. The Persnickety Studio does not sell or distribute alcohol. Key Rules: No under-21 service. No alcohol sales or exchanges without an Idaho Catering Permit. 50+ guests may require licensed bartender or security. Client assumes full responsibility for guest behavior and compliance. Violation = event termination and forfeiture of payment.
